Returns & Refunds Policy – Senvanlore

Thank you for shopping with Senvanlore. We hope you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return depending on your country of delivery. Please read the policy carefully.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY BY COUNTRY
Orders delivered within Switzerland are not eligible for returns or refunds. All sales within Switzerland are final and cannot be sent back for a refund or exchange.

Orders delivered outside of Switzerland may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The return period begins on the day your package is received. The return shipment must be sent back within these 14 days.

RETURN CONDITIONS
Items returned must be in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, suitable for resale, with all original tags still attached. Items not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Senvanlore does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, you may return your order (if eligible by country) and place a new order.

EXCLUDED ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

Underwear items, including socks
Perfumes or fragrances without the original sealed packaging
Any items marked as Final Sale
Items returned after the 14-day return window (outside Switzerland only)
Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way not previously reported to customer support

Any returned item that does not meet our return conditions will be rejected and may be disposed of.

with photos and order details. Our team will review the issue and provide the best possible solution.

RETURN COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Costs vary depending on the courier and the country from which the return is sent.

Customs charges, import duties, or taxes related to returns are not covered by Senvanlore. You are responsible for all charges associated with returning your order.

Please keep proof of shipment and tracking information until your return is fully processed. We cannot assist with missing returns or disputes without valid proof of shipment.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, we process it within 10 working days. You may track the return using the tracking information you received from your courier.

Refund to Original Payment Method
After your return is processed, the refund is issued to your original payment method. It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be completed, depending on your bank or payment provider. Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to 3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account.

RETURN PROCESS
To start a return for eligible countries (excluding Switzerland), please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions and assist you through the process.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is responsible for ensuring the return is properly packaged and shipped with a valid tracking number. Senvanlore is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
