HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please note: Due to the high volume of orders, processing and shipping may take slightly longer than usual. Our standard delivery timeframe is 10–20 days. Rest assured, we are working diligently to ship your order as quickly as possible.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once you ship your return, it will first arrive at our processing hub before being sent to our warehouse for review. After your return has been inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return has been completed and your refund has been processed.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you need to return an item, we're here to help. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to decide whether you’d like to send your purchase back.

Please note: customs fees, import duties, or return shipping costs are not covered by us. You are responsible for all charges involved in returning your order. Be sure to keep your proof of shipment until your return has arrived at our warehouse, as we cannot assist with lost parcels without tracking or shipment confirmation.

Returning your order is simple. Just submit your request through our Returns Portal and follow the steps provided.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging. We cannot accept returns for the following:

• Underwear items (including socks)
• Perfumes without their intact plastic seal
• Sale items marked as Final Sale (not eligible for refunds or exchanges)
• Items returned after the 14-day window
• Items that arrive worn, damaged, or used without prior approval (these will be rejected and disposed of)

Bundles / Multipacks:
Bundle purchases must be returned as a complete set, including all items, packaging, and tags. Missing or damaged components may result in the return being declined.

1+1 and 2+1 Promotions:
Free promotional items included in these offers are not eligible for refunds or returns. Entire promotional bundles are non-returnable.
